In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income is to be utilised maintain and repair twelve properties (Almshouses) in Whielden Green Amersham, which continues to be used for the charitable purpose. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
