THE COMMITTEE SHALL USE AND MAINTAIN THE HALL AND THE LAND HELD WITH IT FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF ALL PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE PARISH OF CHALFONT ST GILES, OR WITHIN ONE MILE OF THE HALL, AND SHALL RESTRICT THE USE OF IT TO THE ENTERTAINMENT, RECREATION, EDUCATION AND GENERAL WELFARE F SUCH PERSONS.
