TO PAY INCOME TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF OTTERSHAW IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND THE DIOCESE OF GUILDFORD FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH & CHURCHYARD OF THE SAID PARISH SO LONG AS THE GRAVE OF THE HICHEN'S FAMILY IN SUCH CHURCHYARD IS KEPT IN GOOD ORDER AND REPAIR.
