TO PROMOTE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OR USEFUL KNOWLEDGE AND RECREATION IN THE SAID PARISH, ALSO TO PERMIT AND ENCOURAGE A SUNDAY SCHOOL OR OTHER SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TO BE HELD, CONDUCTED OR CARRIED ON IN THE SAID ROOM OR FOR SECULAR AND POLITICAL PURPOSES.
