ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIPS OF HOPTON AND CARSINGTON AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF HOPTON.
