THE BENEFIT OF DEAF OR DUMB PERSONS OF EITHER SEX AND OF NOT LESS THAN 16 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN AND AROUND SHEFFIELD AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIVE WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS, AND THE DONATION OF MONEY IN AID OF THE FUNDS OF ANY INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED OR TO BE ESTABLISHED AND HAVING FOR THEIR OBJECT ANY OF THE AFORESAID PURPOSES UPON TERM WHICH WILL ENSURE THAT THEIR BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
