THE PAYMENT OF PENSIONS OR INSURANCE BENEFITS OR BY WAY OF PROVISION FOR SICKNESS OR CONVALESCENCE OR HOLIDAYS OR OTHERWISE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OR ASSISTANCE OS SUCH PERSONS.
