THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (A) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED (WHICH SHALL BE THE PRINCIPAL OBJECT); (B) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH OTHER DISABILITIES; AND (C) THE RELIEF OF THE FAMILIES AND CARERS OF BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE AND OTHER PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PRINCIPALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING SERVICES, CARE, FACILITIES SUPPORT, ADVICE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
