RENTS TO BE APPLIED TO NECESSARY REPAIR AND UPKEEP WORK ON ALLOTMENTS, ANY SURPLUS TO BE PAID TO FOUNDATION MANAGERS OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL IN NORTH FERRIBY, TOWARDS THE REPAIR AND UPKEEP OF THE SCHOOL BUILDINGS.
