A) THE TRAINING OF PERSONS AS ORTHOPTISTS AND THE FURTHER EDUCATION OF ORTHOPTISTS OR B) OF RELIEVING IN ANY MANNER WHICH THETRUSTEES SHALL DEEM APPROPRIATE POVERTY AMONG OTHOPTISTS OR PERSONS TRAINING TO BE ORTHOPTISTS OR THOSE WHOM THEY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION RECOGNISE AS THE DEPENDANTS OF OTHOPTISTS.
