Charitable objects
(1) IN RELIEVING NEEDY FORMER EMPLOYEES OF THE SPIRELLA COMPANY OF GREAT BRITAIN LIMITED (WHETHER AS CONSTITUTED BEFORE OR AFTER THE 7TH MARCH 1969) AND THEIR DEPENDANTS. (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED IN ANY YEAR FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE MANAGING TRUSTEE MAY APPLY THE SAME IN RELIEVING NEEDY EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF COATS VIYELLA PLC OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR THEIR DEPENDANTS.
