Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES; AND
(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
>BENEFICIARIES< MEANS POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR NOT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
