THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS, INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA, MIME, DANCING SINGING AND MUSIC, AND TO FORMULATE, PREPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFORE INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY AND READING ROOM, PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE OF AN EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE NATURE.
