Charitable objects
(A) IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT OR HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
