TO ACQUIRE AND HOLD LAND IN THE PARISH OF GARGRAVE AND TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN THEREON A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH OR OTHERWISE TO HOLD OR APPLY SUBJECT TO THE TRUSTS OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED TRUST DEED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE SAID PARISH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
