FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF GOSFIELD AND THE ADJOINING DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND THE BUILDING ERECTED ON THE PROPERTY TO BE USED AS A VILLAGE HALL, CLUB HOUSE OR INSTITUTE FOR THE INHABITANTS AS AFORESAID FOR THE PURPOSES OF MEETINGS, EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER PAROCHIAL PURPOSES (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 1 OF TRUST DEED).
