PARISHES OF ROMALDKIRK AND BOWES (YORKSHIRE NR) 2. PARISHES OF KIRKBY STEPHEN AND BROUGH (CUMBRIA) 3. TOWNSHIP OF HILTON IN THE PARISH OF APPLEBY ST MICHAEL (CUMBRIA).
