SUBJECT THERETO FOR BENEFIT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CHEST DISEASES WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF LANCASTER.
