1) THE RELIEF OR SUPPORT OF THOSE OF THE SECULAR CLERGY OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF LIVERPOOL AND THE DIOCESES OF SALFORD AND LANCASTER WHO BEING INCARDINATED INTO ONE OF THESE DIOCESES ARE, BY REASON OF SICKNESS OR BY REASON OF THEIR BEING REGARDED BY THEIR DIOCESAN BISHOP AS RETIRED FROM PAROCHIAL OR DIOCESAN SERVICE THROUGH ADVANCED AGE OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2) THE SPIRITUAL AID OF THE MEMBERS AND BENEFACTORS LIVING AND DEAD
