TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY ORPHAN BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF BATH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
