TO ADVANCE THE REFORM OF BOYS AND YOUNG MEN WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED AND FOUND GUILTY OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES AND TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH INTO WAYS THAT YOUNG MEN AND BOYS (AFTER SERVING THEIR SENTENCES FOR THEIR CRIMES) CAN BE HELPED TO LIVE AS A NORMAL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
