PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR WIDOWS OR SINGLE WOMEN OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF ROTHERHAM FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
