A)THE TOWN HALL SHALL BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF WOLSINGHAM AS A MARKET HOUSE AND A COURT HOUSE FOR THE HOLDING OF THE MANOR COURT AND FOR THE TRANSACTION OF OTHER PUBLIC BUSINESS AND FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOLSINGHAM SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS PRESCRIBED BY THE COUNCIL B) INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MARKET PLACE OF WOLSINGHAM (INCLUDING THE WAR MEMORIAL) AND OF THE TOWN HALL
