TO RELIEVE MEMBERS,PAST MEMBERS,THEIR WIDOWS, ORPHANS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS IF OR WHEN IN STRAIGHTENED CIRCUMSTANCES AND WHEN THE CAPITAL SHALL EXCEED ú1000, ANY SUM (NOT EXCEEDING ú100 IN ONE PAYMENT) WHICH MAY BE IN EXCESS OF THAT AMOUNT MAY BE VOTED TO ANY ONE OR MORE MASONIC CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION BY THE LODGE.
