Charitable objects

THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES ONLY AND (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OR LIMITATION OF THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING WORDS) FOR THE CARE, WELFARE, TREATMENT, EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT OF PERSONS WITH ANY FORM OF CEREBRAL PALSY OR WITH A RELATED DISABILITY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS. THE AREA COVERED BY THE GROUP IS THE WHOLE OF LANCASHIRE, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE DISTRICTS OF PRESTON, SOUTH RIBBLE, FYLDE, WEST LANCASHIRE AND RIBBLE VALLEY.
