Charitable objects
1) FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENDOWING A PRIZE TO BE GIVEN PERIODICALLY IN MEMORY OF PERCIVAL JOHN HAY, DECEASED, OF THE NORTH OF ENGLAND OPTHALMOLOGICAL SOCIETY.
2) IF NO LONGER EXPEDIENT THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF OPTHALMOLOGY.
