TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND TO PURSUE ANY OBJECTS WHICH NOW OF HEREAFTER ARE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE OF LIMITED MEANS.
