A)THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES ONLY.B)THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED ALSO FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES TO PROMOTE THE CARE,INTEREST,TREATMENT,EDUCATION,EMPLOYMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF ALL PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY.C)TO TAKE ALL MEASURES TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND OTHER DISABLED PERSONS,SO FAR AS IT IS POSSIBLE,TO ACHIEVE SELF-DETERMINATION.D)TO PROMOTE,SUPPORT,CONDUCT AND ENGAGE IN RESEARCH WORK CALCULATED TO BE OF BENEFIT TO PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND INTO THE PREVENTION OF CEREBRAL PALSY.E)TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE,TO MAKE GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO AND TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS FOR PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND OTHER DISABLED PERSONS AND GENERALLY TO PROVIDE SUCH OTHER ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL OR CENTRAL AUTHORITIES OR OTHER BODIES OF PERSONS CALCULATED TO BE OF BENEFIT TO PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY COLLECTIVELY OR INDIVIDUALLY,SUBJECT TO SUCH APPLICATION BEING APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
