TO IMPROVE THE SOCIAL POSITION OF BLIND PERSONS AND REGISTERED PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS AND TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN ANY SUCH BLIND PERSONS AND REGISTERED PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION, NURSING, FOOD AND MEDICINE AND ALL THINGS AND APPLIANCES NECESSARY FOR THE COMFORT AND ADVANTAGE OF BLIND PERSONS AND REGISTERED PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS.
