MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING ALL OR ANY OF THE SEA DYKES IN THE PARISH IF PART OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THE PURPOSES OF NO. 1 ABOVE.
