Charitable objects

(A) THE UNIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF WORK CONNECTED WITH THE ASSISTANCE AND AFTER-CARE OF DISCHARGED PRISONERS WHO SHALL HAVE BEEN COMMITTED FROM COURTS WITHIN THE ASSOCIATION TO ANY OF H.M. PRISONS, EXCEPTING BORSTAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND SUCH OTHER SPECIAL PRISONS AS H.M. PRISON COMMISSIONERS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME APPOINT AND FOR WHICH THE STATE OR OTHER RESPONSIBLE BODY SHALL HAVE MADE SPECIAL PROVISIONS BY WAY OF AID-ON-DISCHARGE AND AFTERCARE (FOR COMPLETE OBJECTS SEE 4(A)-(F) OF CONSTITUTION)
