Grants for the relief or benefit of solicitors and notaries who have or are practising in the area of Liverpool Law Society from time to time and persons who are training to be solicitors (and have passed part 1 of the solicitors qualifying examination or the successor thereto) in an organisation regulated by the solicitors regulation authority or successor thereto in the area of Liverpool Law Society as defined from time to time and / or their dependants, as shall be in necessitous circumstances.
