Charitable objects
(1) THE BUREAU IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING THE COMMUNITY IN THE "COUNTY OF WESTMORLAND AS AT 31 MARCH 1974". (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT"). (A) BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE. (B) BY RELIEVING POVERTY. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF CONSTITUTION)
