TO PAY THE NET INCOME ANNUALLY TO THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF HALESOWEN SO LONG AS THE COUNCIL SHALL WELL AND SUFFICIENTLY MAINTAIN TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE TRUSTEES THE BERNARD OAKLEY GARDENS AT COLMAN HILL CRADLEY TO ASSIST THEM IN THE UPKEEP MAINTENANCE AND MINOR IMPROVEMENTS (BUT EXCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF WAGES) OF THE SAID GARDENS.
