(B) TO SUBSCIRBE DONATE AND MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS OR GRANTS TO SUCH OTHER MASONIC CHARITIES AS THE FUND DETERMINES. (C) TO GRANT RELIEF TO NECESSITOUS MARK MASTER MASONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS.
