THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE FUND IS TO BENEFIT:- 1) UNITS OF THE TERRITORIAL AND ARMY VOLUNTEER RESERVE FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE COUNTIES OF MONTGOMERY AND MERIONETH. 2) UNITS OF SUB-UNITS OF THE ARMY CADET FORCE AND THE AIR TRAINIG CORPS FOR THE TIME BEING IN THE COUNTIES OF MONTGOMERY AND MERIONETH HAVING THEIR HEADQUARTERS IN THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY: SUBJECT THERETO THE SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THE FUND IS TO RELIEVE DISTRESS AMONG YEOMEN AND THEIR QUALIFIED DEPENDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
