FUEL FOR POOR PERSONS IN THE PARISH OF SOUTH LOPHAM, IF THE TRUSTEES CANNOT APPLY THE INCOME IN SAID MANNER THEY SHALL APPLY THE SAME AS THEY SHALL THINK FIT FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF THE POOR OF THE PARISH OF SOUTH LOPHAM GENERALLY OR OF SUCH POOR PERSONS RESIDENT THEREIN AS THEY SELECT.
