Charitable objects

(1) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OR WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED OR INFIRM AND WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE GRAPHICAL PAPER AND MEDIA TRADES. (2) THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE THOSE ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE BY: (A) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY; OR (B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES; OR (C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE
