SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE THE TRUSTEES MAY ALSO APPLY THE INCOME FROM SUCH INVESTMENTS TO ESTABLISHED ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH THAT CAN BE PERCEIVED TO BE PROVIDING A SERVICE, OR HELP, TO THE COMMUNITY PARTICULARLY WHERE SUCH ORGANISATIONS ARE PROVIDING THIS SERVICE OR HELP, TO THE LESS WELL OFF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
