FOR THE BENEFIT OF DESERVING POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH OF FULMODESTONE, WHO BY VIRTUE OF SUCH RESIDENCE SHALL ACCORDING TO EXISTING LAW BE IRREMOVABLE FROM THE SAID PARISH ALTHOUGH THEY MAY NOT HAVE ACQUIRED A LEGAL SETTLEMENT THEREIN.
