TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF THE MENTALLY SICK ON THEIR RETURN TO HOMES, EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIETY BY PREPARATORY WORK IN THE HOSPITAL OR OTHER INSTITUTION AND AFTER-CARE IN THE COMMUNITY ALSO THE PROMOTION OF PRACTICAL MEASURES AND RESEARCH FOR THE PREVENTION AND COMBATING OF MENTAL DISTRESS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AND OTHERWISE AS PROVIDES BY THE TRUST.
