THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS IN THE COUNTIES OF NORFOLK AND SUFFOLK IN NEED OF CARE BY THE PROVISION OF HOUSING, COUNSELLING AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; (2) IN OR TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID.
