Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE ALL BRANCHES OF THE STUDY OF LICHENS ESPECIALLY IN RELATION TO THOSE OF THE BRITISH ISLES. TO ENCOURAGE AND ACTIVELY SUPPORT THE CONSERVATION OF LICHENS AND THEIR HABITATS. TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE / SIGNIFICANCE OF LICHENS IN THE ENVIRONMENT.
