Charitable objects
RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY MARRIED MEN, WIDOWERS, WIDOWS OR SPINSTERS ALL OF WHOM, EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS, ARE OF NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE, ARE RESIDENT OR WERE BORN IN THE PARISH OF BRIMINGTON AND ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
