1) RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF FISH FRIERS (WHETHER SUBSCRIBERS TO THE FUND OR NOT) AND DEPENDANTS. 2) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN CONVALESCENT HOMES.
