PROVISION OF HOSTELS OR HOLIDAY HOMES FOR PERSONS IN NEED, WITH PARTIUCULAR REGARD TO THOSE WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN OR DEPENDENT UPON THE ROAD TRANSPORT INDUSTRY.
