YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS TO BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY: (1) IN PAYING THE SALARY OF THE MASTER; (2) IN PAYING THE SALARY OF THE CHAPLAIN; (3) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
