INCOME TO BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES TOWARDS THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE WHOLE OF THE AREA OF BRENTWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL IN MANNER TO BE AGREED BY THEM IN THE VESTRY ON EACH EAST MONDAY, BUT NOT TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE HIGHWAY OR PAROCHIAL RATES OF THE WHOLE OF THE AREA OF BRENTWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL.
