Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Royal Welch Fusiliers Officers Benevolent fund makes grants and loans to benevolence cases brought to its attention though the regimental network. The beneficiaries are those officers, and their dependants, who hold a RWF Commission including those who now serve in the Royal Welsh. Grants are also made to charitable activities of the RWF Officers Association.

TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RELIEF TO ANY PERSON WHO IS IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE AND WHO SATISFIES THE TRUSTEES THAT HE HAS HELD A COMMISSION (OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER)IN THE ROYAL WELCH FUSILIERS 2. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RELIEF TO ANY PERSON WHO SATISFIES THE TRUSTEES THAT SHE IS A WIDOW OF ANY PERSON WHO HELD A COMMISSION (OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER)IN THE ROYAL WELCH FUSILIERS AND WHO DURING HER WIDOWHOOD SATISFIES THE TRUSTEES THAT SHE IS IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE 3. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RELIEF FOR THE MAINTENANCE OR BENEFIT OF ANY CHILD OR CHILDREN OF PERSONS WHO HELD A COMMISSION (OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER) IN THE ROYAL WELCH FUSILIERS WHO SATISFIES THE TRUSTEES THAT HE, SHE OR THEY ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE 4.
