INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES WHO SHALL BE POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF THE FORMER BOROUGH OF DARLINGTON.
